Jeff L. Bagley, 56, died at 7:39 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2009, at Christian Hospital Northeast.
He was born Jan. 28, 1953, in Alton to Jack and Evelyn (Harris) Bagley.
He married the former Rosemary L. Kahl on June 1, 1974, in Shipman.
He was a farmer and an avid fisherman and hunter.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Adam Bagley of Alton and Andrew Bagley of Shipman; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Penny and Robert Cress and Jennifer Sales, all of Bethalto.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Greg and Mark Bagley.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug 21, at Targhetta & Wooldridge FH in Shipman.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, at the Zion Lutheran Church in Shipman, where he was a member, with burial at Shipman Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Zion Lutheran Church in Shipman or AG-ED Foundation.
