ABRAMS, Margaret Eileen, 65, of Blacksburg, left to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 9, 2002, at Montgomery Regional Hospital. She was born in New Kent, VA on October 2, 1936, to the late Jacob Leonard & Mary Estelle Meredith. She was preceded in death by a brother, McKinley Meredith and a sister, Lorene Meredith. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 13, 2002, at 3 p.m. in the First Baptist Church, 1730 West Street in Radford, VA 24141, with the Rev. C. Cole Casey officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Burial Park, Radford. The viewing for Mrs. Abrams will be from 1 to 2:45 p.m. Saturday at the church. There will be no family visitation at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 554, Roanoke, VA 24003-0554. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, SW, Blacksburg.
