Mrs. Shelnut Dies Suddenly
PHIL CAMPBELL (Special) -- Mrs. Willie Dean Shelnut, 35, dropped dead from a heart attack at her residence, about 12:30 P.M. Tuesday.
Funeral services were conducted at Union Hill Baptist Church at 3 p.m. today with Rev. Alton Cagle officiating. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Highsmith in charge.
She is survived by her husband, Oscar Shelnut; a son, Oscar Wayne Shelnut; a daughter, Belinda Jane Shelnut, all of Phil Campbell; four brothers, Fred, Buck, Denver Abston, all of Phil Campbell, and Marvin Abston, Florence, Florence; two sisters, Mrs. Ollie Jackson, Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Stella Epps, Harrisburg, Ark.
