Mrs. Laughlin was 66 years of age. She had only been in Winchester about 2 months, having come to visit her daughter. She had been in declining health for some time, but had only been seriously ill about two weeks.
The funeral services will be held at the residence of her daughter, Tuesday morning at 7 o’clock, conducted by Rev. William Cumming, of the Presbyterian church.
The body will be taken on the early morning train to Shrieveport for burial.
