Memphis Reveille dated August 30, 1917:

The three year old son of Glen Poe was killed in an automobile accident at Cambridge, Nebraska one day last week. The family was driving in their car to Memphis and the child was struck by a car and died from injuries inflicted. The body was shipped to this county for interment--funeral services being held on Thursday at Richland church.
