Obituary:
FOOTE---Catherine Matilda Fauser Foote was born Sept. 20, 1830, in Delaware county, Delaware, and died May 1, 1917, aged 86 years, 7 months and 11 days. She was married to Samuel Budd Foote Oct. 6, 1846, at Chester, Mass. Three sons and eight daughter were born to them. She moved to Ohio in 1855 and about eight years ago came to Gladwin county, where she has resided since, with her son, Andrew.
Her husband, one son, and one daughter have preceded her to the great beyond. She united with the M. E. church in 1862. Services were held at the Wagarville church Thursday morning at 11 o'clock by Rev. W. W. Chatfield, followed by interment in Ridge cemetery.
