Otis Robinson Sr., 50, died Saturday in University Medical Center, Ann Arbor, after a long illness.

He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Robinson and was born April 24, 1915, in Sheridan township, Huron county.

He and Miss Beatrice Shagena were married June 3, 1938, at Argyle. They lived the last 22 years in Huron county.

Mr. Robinson is survived by three sons, Otis Jr. and Orin, both of Bad Axe, and Gary, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Allen Foote of Los Angeles and Miss Lea, at home; a brother, Ira Robinson Sr. of Bad Axe, and two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Campbell of Ubly and Mrs. Ernest Hamilton of Detroit.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at a Bad Axe funeral home.

The Rev. Verdun Newkirk, pastor of Filion Baptist Church, officiated. Burial was in Elkland Cemetery.
