Mark Arthur Fain died in Spartanburg General Hospital at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 1963, following an illness of three weeks. Native of Campobello, SC ad son of Lee Andrew and Maggie Lee West Fain. A farmer and orchardist and a member of Campobello Baptist Church and a graduate of Campobello High School. Survivors included: his parents; four sisters, Mrs. James Brady, Mrs. Marvin Wall, Mrs. Lloyd Alverson and Mrs. Boyd Reagan; three brothers, Earl, Ralph, and James L. Fain. He was 49 years of age at his demise and interment was sin the New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery. (Original obituary was rewritten to conform to Findagrave Rules by Record Hunter.)
