Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Mon., June 10 in the Chapel of the Chimes, Meridian with Rev. Wayne Freedman, Jr. officiating. Burial followed in the Meridian Cemetery.
David was born May 18, 1957 in Boise. He grew up in Banks and attended school in Garden Valley. He graduated from Garden Valley High School where he was active in 4-H programs. After high school, David worked in the logging industry and was employed by Jensen's Logging as a Cat operator at the time of his death.
Mountains and timber held a special place in David's heart. He enjoyed hunting working in the mountains and living in Banks.
Survivors include parents Charles and Dorothy Adams of Donnelly; brothers Carl and Jim Adams of Garden Valley and Clarence Adams of Banks; half-brothers Travis and Carlos Fleetwood, both of Caldwell; sisters-in-law Patti Adams of Eagle and Stephany "Steve" Adams of Banks; and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins. David was preceded in death by his mother Evelyn and his sister Vickie who died in an auto accident in 1973, and his brother Larry who died in 1989.
The family recommends memorials be sent to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Idaho, 6717 Fairview Ave.; Boise, Idaho 83704; or to a favorite charity.
