The former Vernis Javner was born December 26, 1918 in Cameron. She was a lifetime resident of Barron County.
Mrs. Nutter is survived by her husband, Willard of Rice Lake; three daughters, Jean (Harry) Viltz of Clayton, Kay Paine (Malcolm) of Chippewa Falls, and Gloria (Al) Widiker of Birchwood; two sons Larry Stowell of Rice Lake and Dick Stowell of Chippewa falls; one step daughter, Peg Walker of Rice Lake; and stepson, Sam Nutter of Minneapolis, Minnesota; 17 grandchildren; five step grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one step great-grandchild; one sister, Doraine Krug of Cameron; and one brother, Arnold Javner of Kansas City, Kansas.
