This burial could possibly be Private Charles W. Miner of Company C, 70th New York Volunteer Infantry, who was killed on July 2nd, 1863, the second day of the Battle of Gettysburg.
He enlisted on April 25, 1861 at Paw Paw, Michigan, and he was 18 years of age at the time of his enlistment.
