Funeral services for Edmund M. Dasenbrock, a former South Bay resident, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Niland Mortuary, Torrance.
Mr. Dasenbrock was born Aug. 18, 1911, in Leigh, NE., and died Nov. 5, 1973 in a South Bay Hospital.
He was a South Bay resident 23 years prior to moving to La Palma. He was employed as a supervising laboratory technician at Air Research for 23 years.
Mr. Dasenbrock is survived by his wife, Esther; a daughter, Patti Hawk of Santa Rosa; two step-daughters, Sandra Gilica and Joyce La Coe; three brothers, Herbert, Maurice and Elmer, all of Nebraska; and three sisters, Elaine Houfek and Irma Luchsinger of Nebraska, and Estella Gee of Escondido.
Entombment will be at Pacific Crest Cemetery.
