Succumbs Two Hours La-
ter in Hospital


Lester Darst, 10-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Darst, of Uniontown, R.D. No. 3, died in the Uniontown Hospital at 9 o'clock last night as a result of a fractured skull in a fall from a bicycle two hours earlier.

Besides his parents, he is survived by two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Mabel Hadden, Youngstown, O., Genevieve and David, both at home.

The body was removed to the Johnston Mortuary. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Hold Rites Sunday
For Former Carrier


Funeral services for Lester Darst, 10-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Darst, will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock in the home of his parents, Morgantown Road. Rev. Herman H. Will, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.

The boy, a former Morning Herald carrier, died Wednesday night as a result of injuries suffered when he fell from a bicycle.
