She is survived by her husband J. Mack Collins; three daughters, Mrs. Arthur Collins and Mrs. Charles Semones of Pulaski, and Mrs. Alfred Roberts, Burlington, N.C.; one son, Robert B. Collins, Roanoke; one brother Harry H. Vaughan, Hopewell, and nine grandchildren.
The Rev. Andrew Greer and the Rev. John McDonald officiated. Burial was in West End Cemetery, Max Meadows.
