Survivors include her husband of 46 years, J. C. Morrison Jr.; son, Mark D. Morrison; daughters and sons-in-law, Carol M. and Carl Parker, Teresa Kaye Phillips; Christy Jo and Jerry McEntire; Kimberly Rose and Ruben Martinez; brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Fay Rumsey; grandchildren, Robert and Margaret Griggs, Ed McEntire, Carl J. Parker, Christina and David Cabello, Courtney Rose Morrison and Kaitlyn Morrison; great-grandchildren, Robert Griggs Jr. and Morgan Renee Griggs; several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, October 23, at the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home in Dalton, Georgia.
Burial was in the Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery in Dalton, Georgia.
