Enid, OK — The graveside service for Agnes Helen Holub Branstetter, 94, of Arnett, will be 10 a.m. today, Aug. 28, 2009, in DeBolt Cemetery, Arnett. Arrangements are by Shaw Funeral Home, Arnett.

She was born Oct 27, 1914, at the family home in Phroso, northeast of Chester, to Carrie Hurt and James Holub and died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2009.

She was raised in Chester and attended Orion School through the eighth grade.

She married Clark Wilson Branstetter Dec. 27, 1938, in Fruitland, Idaho. They lived in Ontario, Ore., Seattle and Guymon before moving in 1946 to a dairy farm in Arnett. She was a homemaker and had a home baby-sitting service.

Surviving are her husband, Clark; two sons, Larry Don Branstetter and Ronald "PeeWee" Branstetter, both of Arnett; one brother, Bud Holub of Enid; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers.
