..Margarette F. Watson, 93, of Salinas, died of natural causes on Saturday Aug. 10, 2002, at Valley Medical Center in San Jose.
..She was born Feb. 4, 1909, in Glasgow, Mont., and lived in Salinas for 46 years. She was a homemaker.
..She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Watson, in 1969, and her daughter, Loretta Tomlinson, in 1999.
..Survivors: Sons, Gordon Watson of San Jose, George Watson of Cupertino, and Glen Watson of Carlsbad; brother, Cliff Bruce of Glasgow, Mont.; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
..Funeral services: 2 p.m. today, Aug. 13, at the Garden of Memories Mausoleum Chapel, 768 Abbott St. in Salinas.
..Burial: Following the services at the Garden of Memories chapel.
..Memorials: Contributions may be made in her honor to the Arthritis Foundation, 657 Mission St., Suite 603, San Francisco 94105 or to the Salvation Army, P.O. Box 1570, Salinas 93902.
