ACCIDENT FATAL TO MRS. ALICE BRADY. Mrs. Alice Brady, 61, of Rte. 1, Remlap, died Tuesday, August 30, at Carraway Methodist Hospital from injuries suffered in an automobile accident in Tarrant a week earlier. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Mace Mosley. Surviving are four sons, A. J., Bill, Roy, and Claude Brady, all of Rte. 1, Remlap; two daughters, Mrs. J. C. (Nora) Burton, Rte. 1, Gardendale, and Mrs. C. Q. (Pearl) Smith of Washington, D. C; two brothers Forrest and Robert Mosley, both of Rte. 1, Morris; five sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Ogletree, Arkadelphia, Mrs. Annie Doss, and Mrs. Melvin (S.E.) Crane, both of Rte. 1, Morris, Mrs. W. M. (Bessie) Byrd, Birmingham, and Mrs Dennis (Matilda) Hughes, Rte. 1, Warrior. Funeral Services were held from Pleasant Mount Baptist Church on Pine Mountain September 1, the Rev. George Williams officiating. Pallbearers were Bill and Dan Knight, W. L. Mize Jr., Minyard Echols, Byrl Gamble, and H. C. Ballentine. Interment was in the adjoining cemetery, Wiggins Brown-Service Funeral Home in charge.

Alice Mosley Brady was the first person buried in this cemetery.
