Joe Ann Parker Bayne, 77, of Clearwater, Florida and formerly of Clinton, passed away Monday, August 31, 2009, under Hospice care at the Woodside Center in Pinellas Park, FL. She was the wife of the late H.O. Parker, Jr., a lifelong Clinton resident, and the late Donald Bayne of Clearwater, FL.
She is survived by her children, Pamela Parker George and Tim George of Clearwater, Melanie Holloman Rilling and John Rilling of Atlanta, Charles Bayne of Dunedin and Michael Bayne and Christy Clark Bayne of Atlanta. In addition she is survived by three grandchildren, Chip Watkins, Mindy Bayne Wilcox and Scott George, as well as five great grandchildren. Joe Ann had many family and friends that she also considered her children. Joe Ann was loved and will be greatly missed by all.
Visitation will begin at 1 pm on Saturday, September 5, 2009 followed by a 2 pm service in the Chapel of Wright and Ferguson funeral home in Ridgeland. Entombment will be in the Trinity East Mausoleum in Parkway Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice Ministries, 450 Towne Center Blvd., Ridgeland, MS 39157.
