Funeral services were held at 10:30 AM Monday, February 21st at the Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Garland, with the Rev. Ken Frank officiating. Internment was at 1:30PM Monday, February 21st at the New Klondike Cemetery. Local arrangements were by Delta Funeral Home. Mr. McNeal was born Nov. 7, 1921 in Dallas. He was retired from the City of Dallas Engineering Department, a veteran of World War II and a member of the Colonial Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Laverne (Moore) McNeal, born May 22, 1922, of Garland; a sister, Bernice McElwain of Dallas; one brother, Bryan McNeal of Dallas; two nephews and a niece.
