EDEN, N.C. -- Addie Donavant Highfill, 72, formerly of 523 East Church St., Martinsville, died Thursday, June 12, 2003 at Morehead Nursing Center.
A native of Henry County, she was a homemaker and a member of Charity Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Beverly Ann Cardwell of Roan Mountain,Tenn.; a son, Terry Cardwell of Mountain City, Tenn.; two brothers, Arnold Donavant of Altavista and Oneal Donavant of Hampton; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, ten nieces and nine nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. today at Roselawn Burial Park.
