NOGALES - Rosary for Mrs. Annie M. Duffy, 84-year-old Nogales, Ariz. resident who died yesterday in Phoenix, will be at 8 p.m. today in Carroon Mortuary here.

Mass will be at 9 a.m. tomorrow in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be in Nogales Cemetery.

Mrs. Duffy died in the home of a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Brown, 1222 S. 20th Place in Phoenix. Born in Phoenix, she moved to Santa Cruz County in 1880.

She was the widow of Frank J. Duffy, widely known attorney and superior court judge and prominent in state Democratic politics.

Besides her sister, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. J.V. Robins of Nogales, and a son, Frank Duffy of Phoenix.
