Willard had a huge passion for the Brewers and made many trips to Miller Park to see them in action. Off season, he was an avid Packer fan, always anticipating the next game time on television. He wore his Brewers and Packers attire with great pride. Willard was a friendly and familiar face at Jumes for his cup of coffee and Perkins for his potato pancakes with cherry cola. His friends knew him best with his baseball cap, sunglasses and headphones that played specifically, only country-western music.
Survivors include his nephew, Howard W. (Clair) Drews and their son, Joseph of Manitowoc WI; a sister-in-law, Constance (Drews) Hedler of Newton, WI.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Rehnold and Howard C. Drews; a sister, Elaine (Drews) Kaeser.
Burial will take place in Knollwood Memorial Park in Manitowoc.
