She was married to O. H. P. Cook, March 6, 1855. To this union nine children were born, six of whom are now living. In 1857 she moved with her family to Harrison county, Iowa, where they remained until the spring of 1872 when she moved, with her family to Jewell county where she has since remained.
She died July 14, 1905, aged 71 years, 4 months and 5 days. She has been a patient sufferer for years.
