Oswego Daily Palladium – October 16, 1917
Alice Eversman, dramatic soprano of The Metropolitan Grand Opera, and Paulo Gruppe, celebrated young cello virtuoso, will open the Oswego concert season, appearing at Richardson Theatre on October 12thn, Soldiers' Fund Benefit for Christmas boxes.

New York Sun—Alice Eversman in the title role broke all operatic customs by appearing to be a beautiful Aida and her voice rose with sweetness and power to the most remote parts of the gallery.
