Death of Mrs. Eliza P. Cox
Mrs. Eliza Cox, widow of Louis W. Cox, and a daughter of the late James and
Nancy Fletcher, pioneer citizens of Lafayette county, died Tuesday, April
19, at Riffle, Colo. She was born near Lexington, February 9, 1838, and
was 83 years old. She was an aunt of Edgar Cox of this city. The
survivors are two sisters, eight children, thirty-two grandchildren and
eighteen great-grandchildren.
