Alma Lee Rogers Ingle-Phillips, 102, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma went to her Heavenly home Thursday, October 23, 1997. She was born February 16, 1895 in Happy, Texas to Reuben & Laura Rogers. Alma moved to Indian Territory (Pottowatomie County) in 1905. She married Grason F. Ingle in 1911 and had 2 daughers. Grason died in 1927 and in 1932 she married R. B. Phillips, who died in 1934.

Alma worked in Lexington and Purcell for Dr. Hill, Dr. Lambert and the McCurdy Hospital, retiring in 1960. She was also Past Grand of Rebecca Lodge, Purcel, and Past Matron of the Eastern Star, Lexington and was presented a 50 year pin just last year of which she was so proud. Alma has lived in Oklahoma City since 1970 and has been a Christian for many years. Alma's church membership was with Kentucky Avenue Baptist Church in OKC. Alma was preceded in death by her 2 husbands; Parents; 2 brothers, Dee & Homer Rogers; Sister, Ruth Riggle-Horton and 2 grandsons, Eugene Ingle and John Robert Hill. She is survived by her daughters, Exie Fay Miklinsky and Dorothy Marshall of OKC; Grandchildren, Jimye Baker, Libby Lewis and husband Russ of OKC, Katie Wilson and husband Leroy of Muskogee, OK; 8 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and many friends.

Service 2:00 PM, Monday, October 27, 1997 in Yoakum-Damet Memory Chapel, Burial in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, OK.
