Funeral services for Joseph Lyman, Monon engineer, who died suddenly Tuesday (August 18, 1936) evening will be held at the home in Monon Saturday morning at 8 o'clock.

Rev. Languell of Williamsport will officiate, with burial in Rossville Cemetery (cemetery change at the last minute?).

The body was brought to the L.E. Moore Funeral Home here, where it was prepared for burial. Short funeral services wree held here Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, with Rev. Frank Fraley of Monon in charge. The body was then removed to the home in Monon.

Mr. Lyman dropped dead near Cedar Lake while he and Roy Adams, fireman, were repairing an engine truck, which was running hot.

Mrs. Lyman was formerly Miss Elizabeth Gray.
