Survivors include four daughters, Lola Briggs and Judy Jenkins, both of Piney Flats, Loretta Hubbard of Elizabethton, Tenn, and Pam Gentry of Greenville, Tenn.; three sisters, Margie Carver, Myrtle Walker and Jean McMahan; three brothers, Gordon, Roy and Ben Howell; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and four stepgrandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 8 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Morris-Baker Funeral Home in Johnson City. Burial was at 11 a.m. Friday in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Dr. Allen Davis and Rev. Reed Mullins officiated.
