Charles P. Cushman, 64, of Addison, husband of 40 years Kay Kienstra Cushman; father of Tom (Lisa) and John (Tina); brother of Jim (Leah), Tom (Alice), and Ed (Tierney); partner of Gonser Gerber Tinker Stuhr of Naperville.

Visitation and funeral service at the Knox Presbyterian Church, 1105 Catalpa Lane, Naperville with Chaplain Dave Cochran, officiating. Interment Rock Point Cemetery, Gold Hill, Oregon.

Memorials to BMT Research at Loyola Univ. c/o Dr. Patrick Stiff, 2160 S. First Ave., Maywood 60153.

The Charles P. Cushman Foundation will be established in the near future for Multiple Myeloma Research.
