Allen W. Adams, 66, of 107 North St., Monroeville, died at 8 a.m. yesterday at the Van Wert County Hospital, Van Wert, Ohio, where he had been a patient six weeks.

Born in Madison Township, Allen County, Mr. Adams lived in the Monroeville area most of his life. He retired two years ago because of poor health. Mr. Adams was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Monroeville.

His sister, Mrs. Mary A. May, preceded him in death Monday.

Survivors include his wife Frances; three sons, Donald, New Haven, Paul and Junior (Bud), both of Columbia City; three daughters, Mrs. Virginia Longwell, Van Wert, Mrs. Leona Alcantar, Monroeville, and Mrs. Juanita Cress, Decatur; 22 grandchildren, one great-granchild; two brothers, Alfred A. and James W., both of New Haven, and one sister, Mrs. Lucy McBride, Coldwater, Mich.

Friends may call at the Marquart Funeral Home, Monroeville, after 7:30 p.m. today. Services will be there at 1:30 p.m. Monday and at 2 p.m. at the Church of the Nazarene. Burial will be in the Monroeville IOOF Cemetery. Rev. Jefferson Brock will officiate.
