Mrs. Icie Lena Bennett, 80, of Dilliner, R. D., died at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, 1952 in her home. Death followed a short illness.
Mrs. Bennett was born in Dunkard Township on Nov. 30, 1891 and was a daughter of the late James and Mary Garrison Linton. Her husband, Frank Bennett, died 11 years ago.
A lifelong resident of Dunkard Township, Mrs. Bennett was a member of the Shordon Chapel Methodist Church.
Surviving are one son, Arthur Bennett, at home; one brother, Henry Linton of Bobtown; two nieces and one nephew.
