Thomas Ivy Blanchard, 87, died in a Fairfield CA convalescent hospital after a long illness. Born in San Francisco CA, he had resided in Fairfield 10 years and was a retired Southern Pacific Railroad maintenance crewman with 15 years service.
He is survived by his wife and sister.
