Mrs. Dora Humerick of 6th Ave, Altoona, died at 9:10 a.m. today in Mercy Hospital where she was admitted yesterday after becoming ill at her home where she was living with her daughter, Mrs. Betty Osewalt.

She was born in Altoona November 9, 1896, a daughter of Ira and Abbie Clapper, and was twice married. Her second husband, Bernard J. Humerick, died August 13, 1954.

Surviving are four children, Paul C. Feathers of Julian, Mrs. Osewalt and Mrs. Anndell Lantz of the city and Mrs. Jeannette Grace Bathurst of Greenwood; 11 grandchildren, her mother and two brothers, Allen and Elwood, all of the city.

She was a member of the Grace Methodist Church and the Gold Star Mothers. A son, James E. Humerick was killed in action in Korea in 1951.

Friends will be received at Axe Funeral Home where services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. with Rev. J. Eldon Matlock.
