Miss Shryock was born Dec. 8, 1886, in Chambersburg, daughter of the late Samuel and Ellie Lohr Shryock.
She was a member of St. Paul united Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Mizpah Bible Class, and was an honorary member of the Administrative Board of the Church.
She was an alumna of Wilson College and was a member of the Retired Teachers Association.
For many years she taught at Mary B. Sharpe School.
Surviving are a number of cousins. She was the last of her immediate family.
Burial will be Wednesday in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
