Bert L. Danielsen,92,of bremerton died of natural causes Oct. 3, 2000,at Ratliff Adult Family Home in Bremerton.
He was born Feb. 21, 1908, in Minot,North Dakota, to Andrew and Alice (Peterson) Danielson. In 1934, he married Nellie Benskin in Bremerton. She preceded him in death in 1960.
He married Joan Nichols in 1964. They were divorce in 1981.
Mr. Danielson served in the Marine Corps from 1928 to 1932, acheiving the rank of Private First Class.
Mr. Danielson was a member of the Bremerton Lyons Club, Gideon's International and Lincoln Ave Bible Church in Bremerton.
Survivors include his former wife,Joan of belfair; a son, David of Belfair;a daughter,Joni O'day of Kirkland;E.G. "Bud" Anderson of Bremerton;three sisters, Arlene Sullivan of Silverdale, Lila Dahl of Coos bay,Or, and Aimee Holmgard of Coon Rapid, Mich.; 8 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Dona Barry, in 1982,and a brother Ralph.
