MRS. ALEXANDER, 85, DIES AT HOME NEAR JACKSONVILLE
Mrs. Drusa (Drucie) Alexander, 85, died at the home of a son, Logan Alexander, east of Jacksonville, late yesteday afternoon. She had been in failing health for a number of years.
Mrs. Alexander was born and lived all her life in the Felps Community, east of Jacksonville. She was a member of Felps Presbyterian Chapel Church. Her husband, Robert died in 1947.
She is survived by three sons, Logan Alexander, Jacksonville, Marshall Alexander, Denver, Colo., and Morris Alexander, Boulder, Colo.; two daughers, Mrs. Marshall Woods, Jacksonville, and Mrs. Herschel Beamer, Orangevale, Calif.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The body is at the Cater Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon in the Felps Church, east of Jacksonville. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
