Mahoning Dispatch, Fri, 4 Mar 1927
North Jackson - Renwick Jones, of the oldest, best known and most highly esteemed residents of this community, died at his home here shortly after 5 o'clock Wednesday evening of gall trouble. He was a good man, one who will be greatly missed. Renwick Jones is survived by his wife, who is bedfast by reason of a fall while in Warren last Friday, three daughters and a son, Mrs. C. H. Schlabaugh, Mrs. Charles Sinn and Ford Jones of this place and Mrs. Harvey Kistler of Niles, one brother, Friend Jones. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon, Meeting at the house at 2 o'clock and going to the M. E. church at 2:30. Burial in the Jackson cemetery.
