WINDSOR TOWNSHIP — Elizabeth J. Detweiler Troyer, 93, died Thursday, June 5, 2008, at her residence.
She was born (Saturday) Nov. 14, 1914, in Middlefield Township, the daughter of Jake J. and Fannie Miller Detweiler.
She is survived by eight sons, Ervin of West Farmington, Albert of Kentucky, Lester of Middlefield, Dan of New York, Jake of Kentucky, Leroy of Windsor, Mose of Kentucky and William of Warren; three daughters, Fannie Byler of Middlefield, Ada Jones of Niles and Mary Ellen Hostetler of Windsor; 87 grandchildren; 288 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester M. Troyer; one daughter, Lizzie Ann, two grandchildren, one great-grandchild and two brothers.
Services will be 9:30 a.m. Sunday (8 Jun 2008) at Stutzman Sawmill, Fletcher Road, Windsor. Calling hours are anytime at the Marvin Hostetler residence, 8641 Fletcher Road, Windsor. Burial will be at Wilcox Road Cemetery.
