Funeral Rites For Mr. Adair Held Sunday

Funeral services for DeWitt C. Adair, former Henderson County farmer, who died in a Dallas hospital last Saturday, were held Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the Leagueville Church.

The services were conducted by the Rev. H. C. Hall. Burial was in the Leagueville Cemetery.

The Athens Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Adair was born in this county on August 4, 1880, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Will Adair. He had lived in this county all of his life, and was living on route 1, Athens, when he moved to Dallas about two months ago.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Malinda Adair, and several nieces and nephews.

Leagueville April 30---Funeral services were held at the Church Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock for Mr. DeWitt Adair of Dallas. Mr. Adair was reared in the New Hope community and was well known here. Services were conducted by Bro. Clint Hall of New Hope. He is survived by his wife and numerous nieces and nephews. Athens Funeral Home was in charge.
