Bonnie Mae Abney, 71, passed away Friday at 2:55am at the Saint Joseph Hospice Unit.
A native of Clark County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Hazel Holland Ashcraft. Mrs. Abney was a retired Super 8 Motel bookkeeper and a member of the Christian church.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Sheila Keith of Bronston and Beverly Abney of Somerset; a son, Kenneth Abney of Somerset; 3 grandchildren, Justin Abney, Candace Abney and Brandon Keith; a great-grandchild, Madison Abney; 3 sisters, Carol Lee Brock, Maryann Fields and Sharon Rowland; 2 brothers, Carl Wayne Ashcraft and Ray Ashcraft; 3 step-children, Charles, Pauline and Diane; a number of step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted at 1:00pm Monday at Scobee Funeral Home by Bro. Tommy Schooler. Burial will follow in the Clarmont Memorial Gardens.
