Cyrenna was born on June 18, 1996, in Farmington, Conn., and was known as "Mom's little Peanut." She was a beautiful, smart and quiet 7th grader at Swift Middle School who loved listening to music on her iPod, flowers and working in the garden with her mom. She was always the first to lend a hand and help everyone. Her favorite times were spent with her entire family especially playing with her brothers and sister.
Besides her parents, and her stepfather, she leaves behind her brother, Karston Sosbe, her sister, Alyssa-Marie Sosbe, and her stepbrother, Scott Spino Jr., all of Oakville; her maternal grandparents, Jeannine and Robert Turner of Thomaston; her great-grandmother, Marcella Barube of Meriden; and her stepgrandparents, Joseph and Joanne Spino of Watertown. Cyrenna also leaves several aunts and uncles including Lauren Turner, Patricia Wood, Robert Turner, Roger Turner, Lee Turner, Seth Turner, Joseph Spino Jr. and Gene Spino.
The funeral will be held 9 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 2009, from the Maiorano Funeral Home, 95 Willow St., to St. John the Evangelist Church in Watertown for a Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Watertown. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m.
