88, of Beardstown died at 3:45 a.m. Thursday at Boone Hospital Center, Columbia, Mo. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Oak Grove Cemetery, Beardstown. Sager Funeral Home, Beardstown, is in charge of arrangements. Surviving are one stepson, Thomas Place of Sulphur, La.; one stepdaughter, Jeanne LaFrance of Terre Haute, Ind.; six grandchildren; one brother, Daniel Spears of Beardstown; one sister, Nellie Perry of Brookfield, Mo.; several nieces and nephews.
