Mrs. Pearlie Mae Robinson, 81, of Walker County passed away Sept. 18, 2009, in Harris County. She was born Aug. 22, 1928, in Walker County. Viewing will be held today at Williams and Sons Funeral home from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009, at 11 a.m. at Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church with Donnie R. Tubbs Sr. presiding. Burial will follow in the Old Colony Cemetery. Friends of the family will serve as pallbearers. A retired homemaker, Mrs. Robinson was a member of Good Hope M.B. Church. She is survived by three daughters, Jacqulin Roy of Tomball, Pearlie Baker of Katy, and Mildred Adams of Houston; one brother, the Rev. Ira B. Leigh of Hitchcock; two sisters, Ada Benson and Willie Sue Williams, both of Huntsville; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Services are under the direction of Williams and Sons Funeral Home.
