Funeral services for Jay J. Foulk, 75, brother of Miss May C. Foulk of 105 West Thirty-fourth Street, who died yesterday at his home following a brief illness, will be held from the Milford Presbyterian Church tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery at Milford.

A native of Milford, he had been employed for the past 20 years at the Viscose Company in Marcus Hook, PA., retiring from active service last May. He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Y. Foulk of Milford, and was a veteran of the Spanish-American War, a member of the Crystal Fount Lodge, I. O. O. F., Milford, and of the First Presbyterian Church of Milford.

In addition to his sister, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth C. Lewis and Mrs. John W. Holston; two sons, J. Robert and Albert H. Foulk, and four grandchildren, all of Wilmington.
