In the passing of Mrs. Hale, the beloved wife of Albert H. Hale, this community looses another of its old pioneers. Although the family has not been living in Oakley very long, having settled at the Island, and living there for a number of years, yet they were well known and highly respected in Oakley and throughout the country. Mrs. Hale was a big worker in the Mormon Church, always found doing good where ever she could. Services were held in the First Ward.
