Robert M. Logsdon
Funeral for Robert M. Logsdon will be at 1 p.m. today at First Free Methodist Church, where he was a member, followed by burial at Farimount Memorial park. Ball & Dodd Funeral Home-South is handling arrangements.
Mr. Logsdon, 61, died Thursday at Deaconess Hospital and Medical Center. He was born in Spokane.
Following graduation from Lewis and clark high School in 1945, he served in the U.S. Army for two years and then attended Washington State University.
He was employed as a customer services agent for United Airlines, retiring in 1984 after 33 years of service. He was president of Free Methodist Credit Union's board of directors for 16 years.
Mr. Logsdon is survived by his wife of 38 years, Nadine, at the home; his mother, Lola Logsdon of Portland; three daughters, Lois Winters, Sue Logsdon and Betty Ishil, all of Spokane; two sons, Douglas Logsdon of Kirkland, Wash., and Dean Logsdon of Spokane; one sister and eight grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the First Free Methodist Church Memorial Fund or Gideons International.
