Doris Irene Lockhart, 75, of Bismarck, passed away at 5:40 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009, at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville.
She was born in Danville to John and Ada Duffey Allison. She married Robert Eugene Lockhart on July 22, 1956 in Bismarck. He preceded her in death Sept. 17, 1994. Her son, Brian; two sisters, Helen and Dorothy and two brothers, Eugene and Raymond, also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her son, Jeffery (Melody) Lockhart of Oakwood; brothers, Harold Allison of Highland Park and Donald (Carole) Allison of Knoxville, Tennessee; one sister, Betty (John) Quinne of San Anselmo, California; two grandchildren, Joshua (Shirley) Lockhart of Oakwood and Jonathan Lockhart of Oakwood and five step great-grandchildren.
