WILL BE HELD TODAY


Funeral services for Miss Goldie Mason, daughter of Daniel Mason, pioneer resident of Joplin, will be conducted by the Rev. Richard E. Shields at 11 o'clock this morning at the Thornhill-Dillon chapel. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.

Miss Mason, who was born in Joplin May 12, 1873, died at 11 o'clock Wednesday morning at a hospital in Nevada.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Bert Wagner and Mrs. Fred Dolson, both of Kansas City. Mr. Wagner was municipal judge here a number of years ago.

Pallbearers will be Luther McGehee, John Cowell, Paul Berman, Bert Longenecker, Dr. R. M. James and H. Tom James.

Mrs. (sic) [Miss] Goldie Mason
, 67 (sic) years old, a former resident of Joplin, died at 11 o'clock yesterday morning at the state hospital in Nevada. Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Herbert Waggoner, of Kansas City. The body was returned here by Thornhill-Dillon hearse.

Mason Rites Held.
Funeral services were conducted this morning for Miss Goldie Mason, who died Wednesday in a Nevada hospital. Rites were conducted in the Thornhill-Dillon chapel at 11 o'clock by the Rev. Richard E. Shields and burial was in Fairview cemetery.

Miss Mason was 68 years old and the daughter of Daniel Mason, pioneer Joplin resident. Pallbearers were Luther McGehee, John Cowell, Paul Berman, Bert Longenecker, Dr. R. M. James and H. Tom James
