Rev. Hunsucker was a native of Norwood, NC, a member of Oakhurst Baptist
Church, and was employed with AcmeMcCrary Corporation for over 40 years.
He was a retired Baptist minister of over 50 years and pastored at 7 churches
during this time. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nellie Albright
Hunsucker.
He is survived by his wife, Grace Hunsucker; sons, Richard Hunsucker of
Asheboro, NC, George "Whitey" Hunsucker of Asheboro, NC; 5 grandchildren; stepsons, David Scott of
Hillsville, VA; Bill Scott of Lexington, NC; Jim Scott of Lexington, NC; stepdaughters, Dorothy Key of
Asheboro, NC; Joanne Morgan of Asheboro, NC; Linda Mann of Asheville, NC; 14 step grandchildren;
23 step great grandchildren; 3 step great great grandchildren.
